This plaque was presented to Allen Morrison, the brother of John Franklin Morison, Jr., for whom VVA Chapter 1019 is named in his memory. Specialist Morrison, a native of Winchester, was KIA in December, 1968, after less than 60 days in-country.

The cake was “cut” to celebrate the awarding of the Chapter 1019 Charter on March 3, 2009.
