You will have your choice of lodging, either the Days Inn (49.95 + tax per night or Wingate ($94.99 + tax per night). TELEPHONE NOs. Days Inn: (434) 847-8655; Wingate: (434) 845-1700 The hospitality room will be at the Wingate Inn. Room number and time will be provided at a later date. Everything has been finalized; committee's formed with their assignments. One thing to point out, Wingate Inn is a smoke free environment. Anyone smoking in their room will be assesed a fee of $250 for cleaning. Days Inn does accomodate smokers. They have about 10 rooms for those who smoke. |
