members regarding the VVA Membership Directory. Some have called
questioning the authenticity of the calls. Please be assured that the calls from Harris are legit and
you do not have to repond if you choose not to. The Directory is
scheduled for completion in Fall 2008.

The 2008 VSC Campout has been canceled. As noted at the recent VSC meting, there have been changes in the way reservations are made for the campground and, we are unable to get the areas that have been used by the VSC in the past.

It's that time of year again. I need to get a copy of your VVA Elections Report to update the VSC Telephone/Address Directory for 2008. You can download a copy of this report at
www.vva.org Click on site map and go to forms. then scroll down to Elections Report. Please provide me a copy of this report via e-mail at georgecorbett@comcast.net or snail mail at 621 Eastwood Drive, Richmond, Virginia 23236. If you only hold your chapter elections every two years, I still need a confirmation that all is the same or any changes to your chapter officers, BOD, VSC Delegates or AVVA representative. Please provide this information as soon as possible. Thanks.

| 24 JUNE, 2008 | The next VSC meeting will be held 19 – 21 September on the Eastern Shore in Onley, VA. Lodging will be at the Comfort Inn in Onley, VA. Cut-off date for reservations is September 1, 2008. Hotel information.
